What can I say, it is a pack of pencils, they work.I could tell you why I buy these ones.1. The lead is bonded to the wood and so when I drop the pencil on the floor the lead inside doesn't break. This stops me constantly sharpening the pencil, the sharpened lead falls out for the third time, and I then have to find the sharp piece off the floor and superglue it back in place.2. 2H is an ideal hardness for fine woodworking, for marking fine, accurate lines on hardwood.Two good points, but not the reason I buy this particular pencil, other brands offer the same.3. I like the shape.
