I was glad to gift myself this pen holder!They are what they claim to be, nothing more, nothing less. They are nice weight cups that will hold up. I bought them for makeup brushes for my girls. Depending on the design – pens slip out and fall out. That’s not holding it, that’s dropping it.These on the other hand? Gorgeous, thin spaces between “bars”, and durable. Good gracious is this durable! Not too heavy when filled, but after adding about 18 pens, and 10 of them with the crown and “diamond” accent tops – it gets weighty. It current is holding the following:1 – Twist pen in slim box3 – Parker Jotter pens3 – Miscellaneous twist pens1 – Parker 51 (2021 edition) twist ballpoint6 – Crown topped twist pens4 – Diamond topped twist pensI think I could, safely (without scratching or crowding) get two more pens in this holder.
