I brought a couple of these skirts just to wear with a tank top around the house. They are very nice skirts, nice feel and very comfortable. You can dress them up and wear them out as well. I plan on ordering more in other colors.great skirt, love the fit and feel of this skirt. I bought the black one to try it out and ended up buying 2 more. Comfortable and flattering.I'm 5'5", 138 lbs. My waist is 31" and hips 42".I ordered the brown/coffee and the "hambra" colored skirts in size Large to make sure they weren't too tight at the hips. They look great and fit me very nicely, neither too tight nor too loose. Very flattering skirt! and the length is right at my knee.The size large waist elastic was just a bit loose for my 31" waist, but since there's a drawstring that's easily remedied. Being handy with the sewing machine, I simply opened the waist casing on the inside and sewed the elastic band a bit tighter... an easy fix, though i could also have left it as is and just tie the drawstring.The skirts I got were the 'heather' colors and they are like a thick sweatshirt material. Comfy to sit or walk in. Very nice fabric and thick enough to smooth out any leg imperfections and minimize underwear lines. I cannot vouch for the other fabric in the smooth solid colored skirts though.Lots of folks ask about the "hambra" color- it's just a lovely rusty burnt rose color, very pretty and goes well with white, black, navy, or green. A striped 'Breton' sailor style boatneck pullover would look great with these skirts.I liked my brown and hambra skirts so much that i have also ordered the black heather one as well. Love the pockets!I pretty much love everything about this skirt. I am 5'1" and 114lbs the length is just past my knee which is my favorite. The waist is a little loose but the drawstring fixes that and it is really soft and comfortable. Love the pockets too. I can dress this up with sandals or down with tennis shoes or flip flops. The fabric is not see through at all so no slip needed. I will be buying more colors for sure.I had bought another similar skirt that ran really short and tight. This one popped up in my search. Nice material, not too thin. Cannot see through. Hits in the middle of my knees, I'm 5' 5". I usually wear a size 12 in skirts, ordered the XL as I didn't want it too tight. Just right! The waist band a little wide, but will deal with it. I ordered the heather blue and heather black. Like them both. Look at the photos as the hem is not really a finished edge. But this is a casual skirt, so will be fine. Overall as good purchase.The skirt is great, I love the pockets and the stretch but I would suggest sizing up as the waist is much tighter than expected for the size.Nice skirt but not for summer; the waist band is so wide and thick one would not be happy in hot weather. May be good if working in a casual workplace. It is thick fabric and not see-through.This is a perfect skirt for summer! I am 5’6” and weigh 144 lbs. I usually wear a medium and that is what I ordered. Perfect fit! Hits just above the knee. So very soft!Gave 3 stars onoy because it wasnt the right colour, ordered in black but when it came it was light charcoal//grey other than this it would have made an ideal work skirt. I have now returned the skirt for a refund unfortunately.Very comfy to wear, perfect length.The skirt is true to size, a good fit. Seems to be made well. However it sure ain’t black ?‍♀️I wasn’t quite sure what to expect with this skirt . But it is awesome. I got the XL in blue and it is now in my rotation of reached for clothes. And.. the pockets are great- who doesn’t love functional pockets!,This skirt is great in every way except the burnt orange colour is much more of a bright red. It is still really nice, but I would have preferred the colour I thought I was ordering.
