Too large, but I loved the colors and the fabric. Also, the button holes seemed to have thread remments, which may be a problem, later on! I returned and will place an order for one size smaller to keep and evaluate! The order came right on time and was packaged appropriatelyI like this shirt a lot. Be aware, it's a pretty dark grey. Doesn't match well with the charcoal pants in my opinion, but works pretty good with black, probably pretty good with khaki, light grey. These RedKap shirts offer good value for the money.Comfortable in the hot dry desert. Good for ice cold offices as well...Not a bad looking shirt, but too form fitting & sleeves way too short for working or comfort.
